A Two-Word Growth Strategy


“More eyeballs.”

That is the extent of my business growth strategy for 2018.

Two years ago, my speaking business had but one focus: “More value”. I incorporated more of my expertise in mindful productivity to help clients improve focus and reduce distraction so they could develop better leaders, make more sales, and create more collaborative cultures. That singular focus on adding more value of what I do on the platform netted me more money.

Last year, my #1 focus was “Stronger brand.” As such, I overhauled my web presence, supercharged my social, and got all fancy-schmancy with snazzy new pics and vids.

As 2018 begins, there is nothing more important than these two words: “More eyeballs.” I have the right message, the right delivery, and the right brand, and I know who my right clients are. Now I just need to have more of their eyeballs on me, and I have put defined sales campaigns in place that will make that a reality. Without a doubt, those initiatives will grow my business bigger and better than ever before.
