Part nerd, part cheerleader, all heart.

For over three decades I have helped leaders and teams cut through the noise in their own heads and make decisions they can stand behind.

Before this work, I led $100M+ revenue teams inside Fortune 100 organizations, including MCI WorldCom and Boston Market, and served as Head of Thought Leadership for the C-Suite Network.

I have seen what happens when smart people get stuck, and I have spent my career helping them get unstuck.

What I believe

Clarity is a force.

Clarity is the most underrated force in business and leadership. When a person or a team can finally see clearly, everything downstream gets easier: the decision, the message, the momentum. That is the whole job.

Action is the point.

Insight that never moves is just a nice conversation (aka “happy talk”). Everything I do points toward a clear next step: a decision made, a plan you will actually follow. We are here for a brief and mysterious moment, and the people I serve feel called to make it count.

You already have the answer.

I do not hand you someone else’s framework. The brilliance is already in you, often buried under noise and too many open loops. My work is to draw it out and make it usable, so what comes out sounds unmistakably like you.

My story

I believe every one of us carries a beautiful Light Within, and when that light stays hidden, it is a loss for all of us.

That belief has guided my whole career, from the corporate boardroom to the TEDx stage to the work I do now as a strategic advisor and keynote speaker.

My deepest joy is helping people see their own gifts clearly enough to act on them. It is the reason I do this work, and honestly, my favorite thing in the world. 🌹

Think of me as a clarity partner: part strategist, part sounding board, fully in your corner. Always.
