How to Realize Your Dreams
What is your dream? What do you want more of (time, results, moolah, satisfaction) and what do you want less of (stress, headaches, and worries)?
It’s easy to daydream, but what are we actually doing today – right now – to accomplish that vision? Have we even taken the time to articulate what we want? If we haven’t done that, then how can we expect to reach those goals? It’s like trying to get to an unknown destination with no address and no Siri chirpily directing you. You’ll be wasting a lot of time hoping to stumble your way to your desired future.
I suggest crafting a Statement of Intention, a document that will help you get clear on what you want on your life’s journey. It gives your mind, your will, and your passion a clear roadmap as to what truly matters to you so that plans can be written, values can be aligned, commitments can be made, and resources can become available.
When we write our dreams down, we are one step closer to having them become a reality. We have clarity of purpose, a catalytic burst of momentum, and a powerful framework to lean into when the distractions threaten to keep us mired in busyness.
Write away right away!
