My Favorite Stress-Busting SuperStrategy

As a professional keynote speaker, my job is to share value-rich content in an entertaining, informative, and actionable way. My expertise lies in what I call mindful productivity, the practical application of mindfulness combined with high performance best practices. Over the years I've developed dozens of strategies that I personally use and recommend for others when on the quest to make more time, get more done, earn more money, and have more fun.

And none are more important that this one: Focus on the BMI.

If I only had five minutes with someone where I could make a positive impact in their pursuit of success and satisfaction, I would teach them how to Focus on the BMI. This SuperStrategy is included in my signature keynote and is the one that is most frequently remembered (and more importantly implemented) by my audiences. I truly believe that it can change the world if we would all put it into practice every single day.

The flow state is what positive psychologists refer to as the optimal mindset where we feel and perform at our peak. It's essentially the best version of us.
